No wasted tiles

Tiles aren't cheap. If you don't know what you're doing, you can easily waste expensive tiles by making mistakes in measuring, cutting and applying the wrong piece of tile in the wrong place. You can make mistakes in measuring, get the wrong shape to fit around an obstacle or get the right shape but the wrong way up!
And even if you know what shape you want the tile to be, it's easy for a beginner to crack or break a tile when cutting - particularly if you're using DIY tools.
I know how to work around all sorts of fittings and obstacles, and I use professional cutting equipment that gives a precise, clean cut.
