Precision
The visual effect that tiling has relies on geometry - the repetition of patterns and lines is pleasing to the eye. But there's no room for error. Even a very small misalignment will be noticeable and ruin the effect. I use laser alignment tools working in two planes to ensure total precision. And of course I've got years of experience, so I know how to properly prepare surfaces and work around obstacles so that the final job looks great.
